Constructed in 1928, this significant East End building has its origins to the famed Charlick family who founded the Adelaide Fruit & Produce Exchange Co. Ltd (New East End Market) in 1904, and also ran Charlick Bros. and William Charlick Ltd.
This historic, character-style building in the heart of Rundle Street East was completely refurbished in 1996, and was extended by a further two floors in 2011. Known as the “Charlicks Building” it is an iconic East End landmark.
