Laura began her career in a hectic residential real estate office and over a six year period, climbed through the ranks to become Office Manager for two metropolitan offices. She joined Maras Group in 2008 and has since successfully managed the running of our busy office and operated as our Property Administrator.
Excelling in all areas resulted in a most deserving promotion in early 2012 to the position of Commercial Property Manager. Following the birth of her first child, and a well-earned break, Laura returned to Maras Group in late 2014 and became responsible for the day-to-day property administration of the group’s extensive commercial and retail portfolio.
Having specialised in commercial and retail management, facilities management and property account and financial reporting, Laura now provides invaluable support to both the Asset Management and Construction & Project Management divisions.
In addition, she has also assumed a newly created role as Client Services Manager which has seen Laura take on a key and active role in tenant relations, responsible for operational aspects of tenant engagement and ensuring client satisfaction.
Laura is reliable, responsible, industrious and extremely efficient in the carrying out of her duties and is a much valued member of the Maras Group team. She always aims to please both clients and colleagues alike and approaches her work with enthusiasm and unwavering dedication.
