Lambro is a highly agile and results-oriented finance executive with significant experience derived from multi-disciplinary professional service organizations including Deloitte and Thomson Geer and sectors including not-for-profit, community services and aged care.
Lambro loves a challenge and thrives on distilling complex business problems via rationalizing internal processes and systems to achieve effective and efficient business outcomes. In his past roles, he has held the CFO position directing Finance, Procurement, Workforce Management/HR, and IT functions across multiple sites.
He brings an innovative spirit and high-level analytical skills to business improvement, process automation, and the transformation of the technology framework of complex organizations. Lambro is highly skilled at financial and tax planning and analysis, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, synergy realization projects, and organizational restructures.
With a strong emphasis on clear communication and empathy, Lambro is generous with developing and sharing knowledge and building collaborative teams. His thirst for stories and the experience of cultures has taken him to far-flung and remote areas around the world, where he challenges his tenacity by completing grueling hikes rewarded by breath-taking scenery (and survival).
Lambro is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed several Microsoft Power Business Intelligence Certification Courses. At Maras Group, Lambro holds the senior role of CFO and is committed to supporting the continuing sustainability of the Group and its contribution to South Australia.
